The Data, Policy and Innovation Centre (DPIC) is a collaborative initiative between the Government of Odisha and the University of Chicago Trust, focused on using data and technology to improve public governance in India. Based in Bhubaneswar, DPIC works with government departments to turn administrative data into practical insights and smarter decisions, applying expertise in policy evaluation, data science, and AI to address key areas such as healthcare, skilling, citizen services, social protection, and migration.
