Business Development Manager

We are looking for talented Sales leads for joining our growing sales force at DigitalOye. Are you an aggressive go-getter salesperson? Can you generate your own leads and find your own customers for Digital Marketing?

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Must have good links/relations in IT market and potential customers
  • Have a deep understanding and ability to analyze client's media buying cycles, digital marketing philosophy, target demographics, etc.
  • Ability to keep the sales process going by creating engaging conversations with clients
  • Ability to Upsell and Cross Sell and Manage the client relationships
  • Develop & execute presales/sales strategy to pitch uniquely tailored and highly relevant brand solutions.
  • Develop, with the leadership team, ongoing improvements to the process of prospecting, qualifying, and closing key accounts
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and presentations 

KEY SKILLS:

  • Strong external partner/agency management skills required.
  • Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills mandatory, with an ability to forecast and report out number based KPIs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to define and meet project deadlines
